Solid free-ware html/code editor

I started using PSpad software at work to edit asp pages. It's free-ware, some people don't like that, but if you aren't opposed here is the link; http://www.pspad.com/en/. It's nice for html, because it highlights the tag you're currently working on. It will highlight unclosed tags, and most things that won't validate get colored purple. It doesn't write the code for you, but it helps you keep track of where you are.
